Our Experience

Gary Langenwalter.

Gary has consulted with more than 100 clients, ranging in size from 10 employees to the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy. His passion is helping clients implement Triple Bottom Line Sustainability successfully.

He is an international authority on Sustainability, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Accounting and Costing, ERP, Leadership, and Organization Change.  If a client is using Lean, he helps them capitalize on that investment.

Gary is a prolific writer of professional courses for the AMA and the American Institute of CPAs (including courses on Triple Bottom Line Sustainability and Lean), plus several business books. His novel, The Squeeze, is the top selling business novel on sustainability. He is in demand worldwide as a speaker on Sustainability and Lean. He has held the positions as consulting manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and KPMG Peat Marwick, and as MIS Manager for Faultless Caster Corporation.

Gary is committed to sustainability as a way of operating every organization and as a way of life.  He is adjunct in the George Fox MBA program, having taught operations management; community consulting; and organization systems and change.  He earned his BA in management from the University of Oregon, his MBA in management from Michigan State, and his MTS degree in Leadership from Boston University. He also earned a degree in International Management from Nyenrode Business Universiteit in The Netherlands. He is certified as a Fellow in Production and Inventory Management, and in Integrated Resources Management by APICS, the Operations Management Association. He was the pastor of the Dundee (Oregon) United Methodist Church for 7 years.

Bill Bridgeman.

Bill Bridgeman is a highly accomplished sales and business development professional with
a success-proven Bio Photo Bill 131231background in strategic sales leadership and business planning, professional services, and client and channel management in the business analytics, software, financial services, and high technology industries.

His background includes managing US and international sales teams, negotiating complex multimillion-dollar international sales and service agreements with Fortune 100 companies, the development and training of dealers, Value Added Resellers, strategic alliance networks, and the diplomatic and rapid resolution of completely proprietary business, legal, and regulatory issues.  Bill’s career includes senior positions with JPMorgan Chase Bank, SAS Institute, Kronos, and Agency.com

Bill earned a MBA from Regis University, a dual BS in economics and business from Linfield College, and a professional certification in international business administration from the International Trade Institute of the US World Trade Center.

Ian Young.

Ian is a highly regarded manufacturing industry educator with over 20 years experience working in a range of enterprise development and manufacturing capability improvement roles. He has led the implementation of significant manufacturing excellence initiatives with a wide range of Australian manufacturers.
With a background ranging from trade qualifications and engineering degree, to post graduate and adult learning qualifications, Ian combines a practical and academic approach to learning.

Ian has developed and facilitated a range of in-house manufacturing excellence programs.  As founder of the South Australian Centre for Manufacturing’s™ College, he created a range of enterprise improvement programs in a public self-help™ workshop format.

Ian has been a board member and Vice President of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) Australia region.

Jahn Ballard.

Jahn has developed a breakthrough approach to integrating operational decisions with a company’s financial and operational metrics. He is the founding director of Performance Management Institute, Inc. (PMI), which applies Integral Operations Finance and Accounting Practices ™ and tools, plus Whole System Organization Design to creating an “In-House MBA” for senior and operations level leadership teams. His primary work supports CEOs in distinguishing and leveraging tacit knowledge so they can create their perfect job, free of overwhelm, and delegate execution more effectively to their people.

Jahn is creator of the Financial Dashboard, an at-a-glance financial reporting tool, which offers transparency of financial statement results using three bottom line metrics. The metrics are presented in the form of a fuel gauge, a tachometer and a speedometer. Jahn has trained nearly 1,000 CFO’s, Controllers and CPAs in over a dozen state CPA societies in the use of these tools.
